Is your delivery running late?
We ask that you wait four additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date. If your package still has not arrived by that time, please contact us.
Didn't receive your order?
We ask that you please allow two additional business day past the delivered scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us.
Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

When placing an order on blondiesbeauty.co, only one credit/debit card may be used per order. If paying with a Blondies Beauty Co. gift card, a credit/debit card may be used for any additional balance owed. Gift cards with Visa, MasterCard or American Express logos are redeemed like a credit card and cannot be used with a second credit/debit card.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT DETAILS:
All prices are shown in, and processed with, U.S. currency. At the time of order, an authorization hold is placed on your credit card, but you will not be fully charged until the date of shipment. For orders that ship the same day as they are placed, the authorization hold may appear as a second charge. This hold is released from the account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's specific policies. If you are using a debit or check card for payment with a major credit card logo, the funds will immediately be deducted from your account. Blondies Beauty Gift Cards may be redeemed at checkout by entering the gift card number and PIN when prompted. An additional form of payment must be used to cover any additional balance. Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than or equal to the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of credit payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card; however, you may split payment between a Credit Gift Card and a Blondies Beauty Gift Card. Prior to placing your order Credit Card Gift Cards must be registered with the issuing bank noted on the card. Purchases made with a payment method that is drawn on an international bank will be subject to applicable currency exchange rates. These rates fluctuate constantly. Please contact your financial institution for more details.
Child support cards or Eppicards are not accepted as form of payment.

In-stock merchandise shipped using our Standard Delivery option typically ships within 1 business day while still being delivered within the quoted time frame from the day you placed your order. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods, but your order should still arrive by the date listed on your order. You can sign up for shipping updates via the link found in your shipping confirmation email.
You will be provided the carrier name and tracking number via email once your order ships. Orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or On-Tme Delivery. The carrier is determined upon shipping.
For online purchases:
A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price can be issued within 14 days after the date of original purchase: Price adjustments do not apply to Flash Sales, promotions lasting 24 hours or less, or email offers. WITH GIFT INVOICE:
An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift invoice (excluding shipping & handling charges). All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
WITH NO INVOICE:
If you do not have your invoice, your return will be subject to the return policy posted in the store at the time of your return. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied.

Items from your order or your entire order may be cancelled if there are errors when verifying your billing information or if your item(s) have sold out. We apologize for the inconvenience. You will not be charged for any cancelled items. You will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation.

Due to extremely high volumes, order confirmation emails may take longer to receive, but should still arrive in your inbox within 24 hours. Please check your online account for order information.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your refund and process your credit. We recommend tracking your return with the carrier you chose when making your return to ensure we have received the package. Once your return is processed, your refund will typically process back to your credit card within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will typically process within 7 business days, but can take up to 30 days.
We recommend checking your email for your Order Confirmation which confirms the merchandise, colors, and sizes ordered, payment method, etc.
Your order number can be found on the email confirming your order. You should receive the confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order.If you have an online account and were signed in while placing your order, you can find your order number by signing into your online account and viewing your order history.

If you are a registered user, sign in to My Account to view your order information. The expected availability date will be shown until the item is ready for shipment.
As soon as your backordered items become available, they will be shipped without additional shipping and handling charges. We’ll send you an email confirming your backorder has shipped.
Once your order is placed, you may see a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold). This is a common bank practice to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. The pre-authorization will turn into a charge once your order ships. Pre-authorizations generally drop within 7 business days, but for specific timeframes, we suggest you contact your banking institution. We do not have the capability or obligation to release your bank’s temporary hold on authorized funds.
While we always try our best to ship your package together, we sometimes need to ship from separate distribution centers. When this happens, your total charge will be split accordingly, and you will only be charged once for shipping.
Due to order processing delays, you may see your initial authorization drop within a few days. A second authorization will then be obtained to secure funds once we are ready to ship your order, followed by a charge.
We strive to provide a flawless experience from the time you place your order, to the delivery on your doorstep. To ensure we meet these standards, we recommend that you do not use International consolidation services or Freight Forwarding companies for the delivery of your order. The use of these companies prohibits us from locating your package and the items contained within it. By shipping with Blondies Beauty directly, you can ensure a safe and timely delivery for all your new favorites! Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by Blondies Beauty. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
Aerosol products can only be shipped with Standard delivery. These items are categorized as hazmat because they are under pressure.
If your order includes a hazmat item, the only shipping method that will be shown in Checkout will be Standard.
