Return Policy Return + Exchange Policy

If you're not completely happy with a purchase for any reason, just return it for a full refund within 30 days. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll let you exchange or give you store credit for the current price. If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund the difference.

In-store returns + exchanges
Bring your items to Blondies Beauty for easy, free returns and exchanges. Bring proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) and payment method used to make the original purchase.

If you don't have proof of purchase, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of a Blondies gift card.

Returns + exchanges by mail 
If you ordered items online, you can also ship your items back to us.

Order #
• Reason for your return.
• Please specify if your item was a gift.
• We will email back a prepaid shipping label. Include the invoice with your items, place the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the box and take your package to the nearest USPS drop-off locations. Returns will Not be accepted without prior authorization.

Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
